Trouble to schedule installation

Hello, I have an open order for the MagentaZuhause XXL internet package since mid-January with an end date of February 6th.

 

However, I am having difficulty contacting and dealing in English, having already been through several different phone numbers and what was given to me twice is that I need to make an appointment for installation with the technical team via email, but this email never arrived.

 

Following the Telekom portal, I see that this step is incomplete, but it says that an appointment had already been made for the installation, which did not happen.

 

Could you tell me the best way to solve this issue and finally have the internet connected?

    Thank you very much for the pleasant conversation earlier 🙏🏽

     

    Activation is currently delayed because the address belongs to a BULK order. The address will be completely removed and the fiber optic sockets in all apartments will be replaced before the connection is activated. The date will then be agreed with the owner. 

     

    As requested, I have canceled the order for the time being.
