USAF need to cancel cellular contract

I am in the USAF and I was stationed in Germany. I received orders back to the united states where I am currently located. I didn't realized that the cellular contract would continue to renew itself. I no longer have access to the cell phone so I am only able to use my invoices to try and cancel the contract. I tried to utilize https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/mobilfunk/kuendigung-mobilfunk. But it would not take my information that I imputed into the website utilizing the invoices that I am still receiving. What can I do to accomplish canceling my contract while no longer being in Germany if the website doesn't want to take my info?

https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/mobilfunk/kuendigung-umzug-ausland would be the correct page. And you need a proof that you you have been ordered to move back to the USA. (The field below Marschbefehl)

Good to know:
Such a cancellation via the link provided by @KarstenS5 will allow an early termination but not an immediate termination of the contract.
If you follow the link and fill it still in January (European time) then the contract will end at the end of April.
If you do it in February then it will end at the end of May.
