Withdrawing my contract

Hello there,
I tried to talk to the helpline but as I don't speak German yet, that didn't go well. So I am writing here to get some advice.
Some days back two Telekom salespeople came to my apartment and told me my building is getting a Fiber connection within next 2/3 months. And they convinced me to move from Vodafone to Telekom. I am new to Germany and those salespeople were hardly speaking English. It was hard for me to understand the whole story. Nevertheless, I agreed and they did the process for the contract.
They put some of my data wrong, like email. I've not received the order confirmation via email. I received it via post after a couple of days. Due to that Vodafone rejected the move request. Meanwhile, I talked with some other people and got clarified that I will be moved to a DSL plan with Telekom until they put Fiber in the building. They said to install fiber for over a year, but they didn't.
Now, I want to withdraw the contract. Since I've not used it yet and they couldn't move it from Vodafone, will I be able to cancel the contract?
On September 22nd the contract was created. Today is September 3rd. I am still within 14 days. I found https://www.telekom.de/widerruf and submitted my request to withdraw the contract.
Now, since my email is wrong in the contract, I've submitted it twice, once with my correct email and another with the wrong one. I didn't understand what to do in this situation.
Is it enough to withdraw my contract? Did I follow the procedure correctly?
