Wenn dir der nicht genannte Anbieter des Formulars nach dem Absenden keine Kopie per Mail zugesendet hat im Normalfall gar nicht.
Ich vermute mal es handelt sich in dem Fall um die Telekom, da bekommst Du normalerweise nur eine Bestätigungsmail, dass das Kontaktformular abgesendet wurde bzw. eingegangen ist.
