Wrong Charge on my bank Account

Hi Team,
I have wrong charge on my bank account, even though I do not have any contracts with Telekom for Festnetz. Tried calling the customer service but they couldn't help.
The charge was made for 7.95 euros. I am happy to share more details.
I am comfortable speaking English compared to german.

If you are sure that the charge is not legitimate (and only in this case!) I'd suggest you just cancel the "Lastschrift" via online banking and you'll get the money back basically immediately. BUT: better be sure that the charge is not valid. This may even go to court eventually if you refuse to pay valid charges.
If you have any business relationship with Telekom: Did you check your invoices recently? Does the charge on your account have any reference to an existing customer/account number that you recognize?
