Aktivierung MultiSIM Apple Watch4

Hallo,

ich möchte meine MultiSIM  aktivieren. Aber wie? War die Beauftragung einer MultiSim richtig? Habe eine Apple Watch4

Der dritte Schritt unter MultiSIM aktivieren wird mir nicht angeboten. Ich kann nur eine MultiSIM beauftragen oder tauschen!?

    Hallo @emma73,

    MultiSIM ist schon das richtige Stichwort, allerdings in Form eines eSIM-Profils. Der Weg führt dabei auch über das Kundencenter. Folgende Schritte sind notwendig (ab iOS 12.2)

    •  koppeln Sie die Watch mit dem iPhone über die App "Watch".
    • wählen Sie "Mobilfunk konfigurieren" in der "Watch" App. Sie können nun über das Kundencenter eine MultiSIM für die Watch buchen (Kartentausch oder MultiSIM-Erweiterung).
    • nun wird die eID der Watch automatisch mit dem eSIM-Profil verknüpft und diese ist dann mit dem Telekom Mobilfunknetz verbunden, wenn keine Bluetooth- oder WLAN-Verbindung besteht.
