cancelling my contract

Hi, my German is not good. I have contract since 27.07. 2019 and it will end on July 26, 2021. I want to cancel it 3 months before the duration date. Cancelling online is confusing I have only choices that TAKEOVER POSTPAID CONTRACT, TAKEOVER PREPAID CONTRACT, NAME CHANGE, PREPAID BALANCE PAYOUT. Kindly help me and thank you
