Englisch: Can't Link Contract

Hello,
I cannot link my second mobile contract to my account. I do not have the option to link a second account as a contractual partner. I can only create a shortcut of the phone number.
The second phone number is in my profile, and the contract was added to my name on 3 December. Am I not allowed to have a second mobile contract linked? Thank you!

Now, I have made one mobile customer number from your two ones. You can link both contracts in your customer center, now.
