[English Support] Switch to Prepaid upon contract termination and keep the phone number

Good day,

I visited the Telekom shop a month ago to switch to prepaid and was asked to come back just before contract end, later they asked me to contact via email as they don't do that in store when I visited yesterday for the prepaid switch. My contract ends in 3 days and I would like to keep my phone number and switch to prepaid tariff (Magentamobil Prepaid L). Can someone please help with the request?
