eSim via Kundencenter

Hello :),
I have a prepaid sim, and I wanted to switch to eSim.. and I did that via the Kundencenter.. but once it was activated my original "physical" sim was disabled immediately .. now in my kundencenter I see a message "esim code ansehen".. but when I click it and follow the instructions it asks me to enter security code which was sent to my number per SMS.. how I am supposed to enter it while my sim card is disabled? seems like I'm locked out? can you please help?
