Geburtsdatum falsch

Hallo,

 

leider komme ich ohne Hilfe nicht mehr weiter. Bei meinem Mobilfunkvertrag ist ein falsches Geburtsdatum hinterlegt, deshalb wird auch die Portierung von Congstar zur Telekom nicht anerkannt.

      Ich freu' mich, dass die Portierungsbestätigung zwischenzeitlich angekommen ist und du ganz bald mit deiner Rufnummer bei uns bist.
