HotSpot login page shows error 404

Good day.
I am using Telekom HotSpot for a long time (approximately 1.5 years). I am buying the monthly access.
Starting from 9.04.2020, HotSpot login stopped working normally. In most cases, redirect to login page shows a 404 page.
It happens when the login starts with https://telekom.portal.fon.com/ARCDTA03/ and the network name is "Telekom_FON 3" (shown in Windows Tray on "Public network" settings). Note that this "3" is shown only after already connecting to the Wi-Fi network.
In Wi-Fi selection popup, it is shown as "Telekom_FON".
In some disconnect/connect cases (about 1 of 30), I am happy to connect to "Telekom_FON" network (without "3").
There the login page works, and its URL starts with https://telekom.portal.fon.com/HUADTA03/.
I think what helps to connect to different networks is changing "User random addresses for this network" to "On" in Properties of "Telekom_FON" (not 100% sure, but without it I am connecting N times only to non-working "Telekom_FON 3" network).
Can you please fix it?
Or: how can I change networking settings, so that I don't connect to "Telekon_FON 3" network, but only to working "Telekom_FON" network?

That sounds bad - and even worse that you are not the only one with this problem

Possibly it is a problem with the service itself, possibly it is a problem with the Speedport model that is running the service (the Speedport is the router located in a Telekom fixed line customer's home)
What you can possibly try is to go to a public telefone - there Telekom normally hosts an "official" WLAN hotspot.
Do you buy a montly voucher at a price of 30 Euro or do you use a "MagentaMobil Prepaid M" (10 Euro every four weeks - or higher prepaid tariff) that comes along with a hotspot flat included in the price?

Yes, I can try to go with my laptop to a phone booth, but Internet doesn’t work at my home, so this won’t help, unfortunately.

Apart from that from the other thread it seems like probably the problem is on Telekom side

for we have another thread here with some more users experiencing the same error, I sent a request to our support to find out whether the problem is already known and when it will be fixed.

sorry for the belated answer!
I escalated my request to our support this morning and received the info that it has been given to the product management for WLAN TO GO.
Parallelly I sent an error report to the responsible technical support with detailed descriptions of all known error patterns.
Therefore, I'm still waiting for news in this concern.

FYI: last couple of days https://telekom.portal.fon.com/ARCDTA03/fon/... URL started to show the login page, but after I log in, it throws to http://172.17.2.1:3990/logon?username=FON%2F53616c7465645f5f01325c9e4a5c98a644cebe8666dc0ba0a3f0df129f3153c6d896a4a153697b2fe29c62fe21aa0911&password=... page, which shows "Connection reset".
If I get back to the login page (press "Open login page" in the browser again), login page shows error on the top ("Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten, bitte versuchen Sie es später erneut") after I press the "Login" button. Error codes can be different: 4, default, 815 usw.

sorry for not being around here all so long.
We have been collecting Links like that one, if possible the used email addresses and customer data and our technical department is still working on the issue in cooperation with the hosters.

today I received an update that I don't want you to miss:
In Cooperation with the hoster we managed to localize the cause of the error within a incorrect configuration. Currently our technical department spares no effort to correct this configuration, so that the HotSpots will broadcast properly again and the login'll work.
I'll forward any upcoming news on this to you as soon as I got them.

my colleague wrote me today that the correct configurations have been sent to the routers and the HotSpots shoudl work properly again.

Ich habe aktuell exakt die gleichen Probleme beim Login an einem Hotspot über telekom.portal.fon.com.
Ich kann die telekom.de Webseite erreichen. Der Login schlägt aber immer fehl. Auch das Erreichen des Hotspots über 172.17.2.1 scheitert...
Welche Informationen wären notwendig um den Router richtig zu konfigurieren? Ich bin nicht der Besitzer und weiß auch nicht, wo genau dieser steht.

hast du die Möglichkeit einen "reinen" Telekom Hotspot auszuprobieren?
Falls ja, wäre es super, wenn du dich darüber einloggst, um zu schauen, ob es dort funktioniert.
