Internet Manager for macOS 10.15 64-bit app

Hello,

 

I am using Speedstick LTE V and it uses the app which is called Internet Manager. However, for macos 10.15 32-bit apps will no longer work which means that I will not be able to use the device after this september. Do you know whether Telekom will update the internet manager or not? Is there any other way to use it?

      Hello @mrtlpsln we haven an answer. Fröhlich There will be a new software that will be available for Mac OS 10.15. We did not get an exact date yet, but we suggest you do not update Mac OS until the software is available. Kind regards Carolin K.

      I updated the stick in a windows computer and then it worked.

      Hi @birke.bull,

      the technical department is saying, that you would have to downgrade your macOS to a version where you can download the app.
      After that, you can update your macOS and use the app on Mac OS 10.15

      Der Internet Manager erkennt meinen surfstick LTE V nicht unter Mac OS  11.2.3 (20D91) Big Sur. Auch nach vorigem Update der Surfstick Firmware unter Windows 10. Gibt es hier schon Lösungen?

      Habe nun von der Telekom die Info bekommen, dass der Surfstick nicht länger für den Mac unterstützt werden wird und mir auch schon einen LTE Wifi Router besorgt der nun statt dessen eingesetzt wird.
