Kein Netz im Ausland

Hallo,
ich befinde mich zur Zeit in Prag und bekomme keinen Empfang. Habe Datenroaming schon mehrfach ein und ausgeschlaten jedoch ohne Erfolg. Auch mein Handy habe ich mehrfach neu gestartet.
Laut vertag ist die Nutzung im Ausland auch enthalten.
Hat noch jemand einen Vorschlag was man versuchen könnte?
