Kein Telefonieren mit Xplora möglich

Hallo, ich habe bereits ein wenig im Forum herumgestöbert und festgestellt, dass andere Mitforisten ebenfalls dieses Problem haben.

Seit heute kann mein Sohn mit seiner Xplora (Smart Connect S) nicht mehr telefonieren und auch keine Telefonate empfangen.

Kann wer helfen?
