Keine Aufladung möglich

Trotzregelmässiger Aufladung meiner Karte kann ich meine seit Samstag nich t mehr aufladen . Habe einen Aufladung für 15 Euro gekauft ! Sagen mir an Aufladung nicht möglich WARUM ?????? Bitte um hilfe von t- mobile

      @muc80337_2 Bei einer vorhandenen Aufladesperre kann ausschließlich vom Kundenservice aufgeladen werden. Im selben Zuge wird die Sperre dann entfernt und künftig kann wieder selbst aufgeladen werden. VG Jasmin B.
