Latest bill almost 100 Euro higher

My latest bill is much higher than normal and I have difficulty understanding why. Can someone who speaks English please help?

      Hello @Dwakser,

       

      as @RoadrunnerDD has already correctly written, there are additional roaming charges for outgoing and incoming calls abroad.
      Unfortunately, you have only booked data passes for abroad, which only included free data usage.

      This is the reason for the additional cost of the phone calls.

      You were abroad for a few days? There are costs for incoming calls in this time (35,80€). Also you made calls from there (8,97€)

       

      You have to know, that if you are in other countries, and someone is calling you, you have to pay the costs for the call from Germany to the country wherever you are

      But isn't that the purpose of the plan I purchased? To avoid those costs? That is what is confusing to me. Also, it shows I purchased TWO plans, though I don't know how that happened.

      Are you sure you booked only one of them? Then we can call the @Telekom-hilft-Team to look into this issue

      I recall distinctly that I was attempting to do this from my phone - but most of the screens are in German. I might have done something wrong.
