Hallo zusammen, ich bin seit Jahren Festnetzkunde bei der Telekom und habe seit ein paar Tagen eine Prepaid-SIM-Karte auch direkt von der Telekom. Im Kundencenter sehe ich beide Verträge, in der Magenta-App jedoch nur den Festnetzvertrag. Wenn ich in der App den Mobilfunkvertrag hinzufügen möchte, kommt die Meldung, dass der Vertrag schon drin sei. Mehrfaches Deinstallieren und Wiederinstallieren der App und Einloggen mit dem gleichen Login wie im Kundencenter hat keine Abhilfe gebracht. Hat jemand eine Idee?
