Netzstörung Mobilfunknetz

Kann es sein das im Gebiet 49324 eine Netzstörung ist ?  Seit dem Nachmittag ist zwar telefonieren möglich, aber Datenempfang geht gar nicht z.B. WhatsApp. Internet ist auf dem Smartphone überhaupt nicht möglich.
