Order confirmation email not received

Hello Telekom,

 

I applied for an Internet contract and received the router on 14.12.2021. Unfortunately, I have not received the order confirmation email so I do not know when the activation day is. I do not know where else to look it up so I was hoping I could get some help from here.

      Then a Telekom customer advisor will get in touch with you.Then they will surely be helped

      I'm really sorry for my late reply to your mentioned problem.

       

      When can I reach you by phone? My try a few minutes ago wasn't successful so far according to your time frame.

      As I can see, so far your landline contract is already on track. Do you still need the order confirmation?

      The issue has been resolved. A technician was sent to configure the connection.
