Poretierung PrePaid-Nummer

Hallo,

 

ich möchte meine PrePaid-Nummer von der Telekom zu MobilCom portieren. Ich habe mti dem MobilCom-Mitarbeiter schon eine Verzichtserklärung erstellt und abgeschickt. Nun ist aber wohl die Portierung abgelehnt worden. Was nun?
