Porting from SIMON mobile to Telekom is failing repeatedly

Hi,

I placed an order in the shop for porting my SIMON number to Telekom and adding it as additional card to my existing Magenta M flex contract. I received a message that porting failed but don't know the reason. After that I tried myself placing order for additional card from magenta app but as soon as I place the order, I receive sms that unable to port my number. I already have port in opted and terminated my contract as on 01.01.2026 from my current provider
