Hallo,

Ich wollte mein Guthaben aufladen per Bon. Jedoch kommt immer eind Meldung eine Bonaufladung sei für meinen Vertrag gesperrt. Was heißt das und wie kann ich mein Guthaben trotzdem aufladen? Die Prepaidflat läuft heute ab und ich möchte sie gerne verlängern. LG
