Ich habe die Prepaid-Karte meiner Mutter auf mich überschreiben lassen und würde diese nun gerne in eine Pluskarte zu meinem Vertrag wandeln.

Leider wird mir die Nummer in der MeinMagenta-App nur als Nutzer angezeigt.

Wie bekomme ich die Prepaid-Karte jetzt in eine Pluskarte gewandelt?
