Hallo, ich möchte gerne den Prepaid Vertrag zum 28.2.2022 kündigen und die Rufnummer mitnehmen.

Leider ist jedoch das Kontaktformular "Prepaid kündigen und Restguthaben auszahlen" mit einem Pflichtfeld versehen, welches besagt das man die Rufnummer nicht mitnehmen will??

Chat und Hotline sind überfüllt sodass ich gerne wissen möchte wie ich das sauber kündigen und die Rufnummer mitnehmen kann.
