Prepaid Vertrag kein 5G

Hallo,

ich stehe vor der Verlängerung meines Prepaid Vertrages.  Beruflich habe ich auch noch einen Telekom Vertag. Beide Geräte sind IPhones 12 mit der neusten iOS Version.

Beim Geschäftshandy wird immer 5G angezeigt, nur beim Privathandy nie. Dies ist auch unabhängig davon, wo ich örtlich bin.

Ich bitte um Erklärung.

      Probier mal bei deaktiviertem WLAN

      Einstellungen->Mbilfunk->(Prepaid SIM wählen)->SpracheDaten-> 5G aktiviert
