Request to Transfer My Number to Another Provider and Cancel Prepaid Contract

Hello Telekom Support,
I would like to transfer my current prepaid number to another provider (number portability). Please let me know the steps required to
initiate the number transfer and also how to cancel my prepaid contract with Telekom. I want to keep my current number when
switching to the new operator.

I'm happy that I could answer all of your questions. To cancel your current prepaid plan and take your number with you to another provider, please fill out the following form, which you can find here.
Please make sure to indicate the transfer of the phone number in the appropriate place in the form, simply select "Ja" at "Möchten Sie Ihre Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter mitnehmen?".
