Requested early termination due to move abroad - no update in two weeks

I submitted the form to terminate a contract due to moving abroad and have not heard anything in two weeks. What can I do?

    Please fill in your profile details so that the Telekom-Hilft team can contact you:

    a) Click on your avatar at the top right.
    b) Select "My settings".
    c) Enter your customer number and telephone number and under "Further information" enter a time slot for a callback.
    d) For identification purposes, please have the last 6 digits of your IBAN ready.

    Then please leave a short message here.

    if you move abroad, you have a special right of cancellation under §60 of the Telecommunications Act and can cancel your contract online with one month's notice using our cancellation form for landline or mobile telephony.
    Have you submitted the cancellation form with proof of cancellation?
    If not, please use this form:

    https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/kuendigung
    and provide us with proof of your move.
    For example, we need one of the following documents:
    Certificate of deregistration from the residents' registration office or certificate from your employer or marching orders for soldiers.

    Hello @McKenzie McMullan,

     

    Please excuse me for replying here, but my English is rather desperate than helpful.

     

    If I understand correctly, I have read through the chats you have had, it is about your husband's phone number. At this point, lots of strength for the rest of your journey. 

    Can you please send me a confirmation from the doctor to the following e-mail address that your husband is no longer fit to travel and will not be returning to Germany.

    Thank you for the help. I submitted the letter from the doctor in the termination request form, but have now also sent it to the email you asked to. 

    Apologies for the delay, I am not getting notifications from TelekomHilft for some reason.

    Let me know if anything else is needed!
