SMS Nachrichten mit Bestätigungscode ohne das ich etwas gemacht habe

Hi,

ich habe nun schon innerhalb von 15Min 3 mal einen Bestätigungscode erhalten per SMS. Zur Anmeldung mit dem Telekom Login steht dort. Habe aber nichts gemacht, muss ich von einem Hackerangriff ausgehen oder ist es ein Fehler seitens der Telekom ?
Würde zur Sicherheit mal mein Passwort ändern.
