Still being charged 3 months after cancellation

I'm military and PCSd in April, so I started the process to cancel my phone bill in March through the store located on base. They said it would be good through 20 April and then it would be cancelled, but I'm still being billed in July. It's ridiculous. They're trying to rob me of over 100 Euros for all the payments.
