Switching from contract to prepaid

I have a mobile phone postpaid contract that I would like to cancel as I have recently moved abroad. However, I would like to retain my current mobile number and switch to a prepaid plan. Could you please advise me on the best way to proceed with this request? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    I just tried calling you, but wasn't successful. 

     

    In which time frame are you available for a call? :)


    I can then help you switch from Postpaid to Prepaid.

    As discussed, I’m sending you the form via this way.

    Choose these setting: 
    Please send us the relevant proof that you’ve moved abroad.
    Once this is noted in the system, I’ll gladly get back to you. However, I will need the customer password for that. If everything is in order, we can switch the contract to prepaid at the end of the term.
