Ich will für die tarif wechseln. Ich will nicht 10 Euro monatlich zahlen, bzw dass es abgezogen wird. Ich will mein Konto laden und telefonieren nach den Kosten ohne tariff

willkommen in der Community - ich vermute es geht um Prepaid? Der Tarifwechsel kann im Kundencenter vorgenommen werden. Ganz ohne Kosten geht es leider nicht, die Prepaidtarife gehe ab 2,95 € los. Hier gibt es eine Übersicht: https://prepaid.telekom-dienste.de/prepaid-tarife
