Trotz stets ausreichend Guthaben wird Prepaid M nicht gebucht

Mein Prepaid-Guthaben war für die nächste Buchung des Tarifs Prepaid M immer ausreichend gedeckt. Bei der zuletzt fälligen Buchung 30,99 Euro. Der 4-WochenTarif ist 9,95 Euro.

Laut App-Hinweis soll ich aufladen, da mein Guthaben nicht ausreicht, dabei steht, dass das Guthaben tatsächlich die o.a. 30,99 Euro aufweist.

Was tun?????

Der Fehler ist lt. @Luca Br. bereits behoben.

Jedoch buchen sich nicht tausende Tarife auf einmal nach.

Der Fehler ist offensichtlich behoben. Der Tarif ist wieder anwendbar und der Betrag wurde ordungsgemäß abgebucht.
