Verbindung des FortiClient VPN auf Surface über Hotspot (Handy) geht nicht mehr

Hallo,
ich habe ein Galaxy S20 Note / 5G .
Über einen FortiClient VPN auf meinem Surface Laptop versuche ich über die Hotspot Funktion auf dem Handy eine Verbindung herzustellen. Diese bricht immer bei 98% ab.
Bei einem Versuch über ein Vodafone Handy klappt alles sofort.
Muss also an der Einstellung der Telekom liegen
