Vertragsverlängerung mit Apple Watch, ist die eSIM an eine Nummer gebunden?

Hallo,

ich habe 2 Verträge von denen ich heute eins verlängert habe mit einer Apple Watch.

Die eSIM soll aber nicht mit der Nummer der Verlängerung, sondern mit der Rufnummer des anderen Vertrags veknüpft sein.

Wäre dies möglich ?
