Hallo,

ich würde gerne von meinem Magenta Mobil M Vertrag ohne Laufzeit in einen Prepaid Tarif wechseln inkl. Rufnummer.

Leider finde ich im Kundencenter keine möglich dazu, deshalb möchte ich fragen, wie ich das angehen soll?
