Xplora display is not working

Hello, 

We just bough Xplora watch for my kid in August and since yesterday the display is not working. How do I proceed?

      Yes we have tried it. alternatively vibration+beep sound and vibration and nothing else happens. Just little light on screen but blank screen again.  No calls/sms to his phone is going battery is 55%.

      can someone help me please, I even spoke to xplora support but they asked me to contact telekom as from here I have bought it. thank you

      no, you can order a replacement eSIM for your current contract at the Kundencenter. It's just a new eSIM profile, you contract and your number stays the same. 

      Just logIn to your Kundencenter, select your contract and order a new eSIM aka a replacement eSIM there.
