If you purchased the watch from us, then we are responsible for handling the process. You can do this as follows:
Please open the link to our repair portal. There, you can enter the watch’s details and then send the device back to us using the return label that will be generated. The watch will be inspected, and depending on the findings, you will either receive a repair offer or a replacement device.
