Ich habe gesehen, dass du dich auch über einen anderen Weg an uns gewandt hast und deine Anfrage bereits bei den Kollegen in Bearbeitung ist.
Aus meiner Sicht wurde der richtige Preis berechnet. Einmal die Hauptkarte und einmal die FamilyCard. Eine abschließende Antwort kommt dann noch von den Kollegen.
