Heizkörper Thermostat blinkt rot?

Guten Abend,

mein Magenta Heizkörper blinkt trotz neuer Batterien rot und läßt sich auch nicht zurücksetzen.

Auf dem Display erscheint keine Anzeige.

 

Liegt hier ein defekt am Gerät vor oder läßt sich das Gerät auf andere Weise zurücksetzen?
