Magenta Moments Bestellung offen

Hallo,

ich habe bei Magenta Moments Zubehör bestellt.
Leider habe ich bisher noch nichts gehört. Im PayPal ist der Betrag wohl noch genblockt. Aber ich habe keine Bestätigung für die Bestellung.
Außerdem ist der RabattCode auch nicht mehr gültig. Sollte also eigentlich eingelöst sein.

Was ist jetzt mit der Bestellung?

      Hallo Timo,
      ich habe heute die Versand-Bestätigung erhalten.
      Es ist nur sehr verwirrend, kein Bestätigung... Zahlung hin und her...
      Man(n) denkt es liegt an einem selbst.
