Magenta Moments - Picture People Code nicht einlösbar

Hallo zusammen,

 

leider funktioniert mein Picture People Code seit Anfang an nicht. Hab es jetzt mehrfach an verschiedenen Tagen versucht. Ohne Erfolg.

Es kommt die Meldung "ist nicht gültig". 

 

Picture Code hatte ich direkt am Anfang geschrieben, leider bislang ohne eine Antwort.
