Hallo @Karlfi,
bitte prüf zuerst, ob dein PC mit dem Internet verbunden ist und ob Datum/Uhrzeit korrekt eingestellt sind. Falls das passt, deinstalliere Norton einmal komplett, starte den PC neu und installiere es anschließend neu.
