Probleme mit Assurant Handyankauf

vor einem Jahr

Hallo,

 

habe ein Handy bei Assurant eingeschickt, laut DHL wurde dies bereits am 05.12.2023 zugestellt.

Assurant hat mir am 06.12.2023 eine Mail mit der Aufforderung geschickt, das Handy einzuschicken…

Habe nun mehrere Emails an Assurant geschickt, mit der Bitte, mir den Status meines Handyankaufs zu nennen. Trotz der Zusicherung einer Antwort innerhalb von 24 Stunden,  kam bis heute leider keine Antwort.

Die Hotline ist eine einzige Warteschlange, es besteht keine Möglichkeit jemanden an den Hörer zu bekommen.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit über die Telekom nachzufragen wo sich mein Handy gerade befindet?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
