DAZN auf Magenta ONE mit Bildruckler

Bisher hatte ich keine Probleme mit DAZN, aber seit ein paar Wochen ist das Bild ziemlich schlecht. Permanentes Ruckeln, auch der Ton setzt ab und zu für ein paar Millisekunden aus, so macht Champions League oder Bundesliga kein Spass. Alle Versionen App und Magenta One sind aktuell, habe die Probleme mit Prime Video oder Netflix nicht. Irgendeinen Tipp wie man DAZN stabil bringt?

    @Thunder99 wir können ja auch nur das mitteilen, was wir als Rückmeldung aus der Fachabteilung erhalten. Ja, die App wird auf unseren Geräten bereitgestellt, aber die Anlieferung die Programmierung etc. erfolgt ja nicht über uns. 

     

    Du weißt, dass wir hier lieber eine Lösung anbieten würden. Aber uns sind die Hände gebunden. Tut mir leid.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
