Kein EPG mehr auf Samsung S 22 seit 29.10.22

Seit dem 29.10.22 wird auf meinem Samsung S 22 und S 20 keine EPG mehr dargestellt. Auf einem S 9 und bei IOS-Geräten funktioniert alles. Bitte um Überprüfung der Software. Deinstallation und Neuinstallation haben nichts gebracht.
