lineare Kanäle von Wow sind nicht freigeschaltet

Hallo, ich habe heute Wow Film und Serien incl. Premium gebucht. In der App sind die Sender freigeschaltet aber nicht die linearen Kanäle ab Sendeplatz 700. Ich nutze die Magenta Tv One. Würde mich über Hilfe freuen. Danke
