Magenta + Apple TV plus: Registrierungslink already claimed

Hallo Telekom Team,

habe seit 19.5. Magenta Mega Stream inkl. Disney, Netflix, RTL + Apple.

Bis auf Apple TV plus haben alle Registrierungslinks funktioniert, nur bei Apple TV plus kommt als Meldung:

Already claimed

Apple meldet auf Nachfrage inkl. Fallnummer auf meine E-Mail Adresse keinerlei Einträge.

Die von telekom gemeldte User ID ist bei Apple nicht bekannt.

Kann mir jemand helfen damit Apple TV plus nun auch endlich funktioniert ?
