MagentaTV Smart (unterwegs) - Mobile Hotspot

Guten Abend,

 

ich hatte im Urlaub keine Möglichkeit, MagentaTV (im Tarif ist Smart enthalten) über meinen Laptop zu schauen. (Beim Smartphone war das ohne Weiteres möglich).

 

Grund (vermutlich): Ich habe im Laptop keine SIM-Karte, sondern verbinde mich über das Smartphone via Mobile Hotspot (Smartphone ist im Telekom-Netz angemeldet (WiFi ausgeschaltet!). 

Nach der Anmeldung und Aufruf eines beliebiges Films (live oder Megathek) erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Nun habe ich das zur Verifizierung noch einmal bei mir zuhause nachgestellt. Im Heimnetz ohne Probleme. Dann sowohl beim Smartphone als auch beim Laptop WiFi ausgeschaltet und wieder via Mobile Hotspot verbunden. Das gleiche Problem tritt auf.

 

Frage wäre: Warum funktioniert das nicht via Hotspot - der Hotspot verweist doch auf das Telekom-Netz. Das wäre ja echt doof, wenn man dafür extra eine zusätzliche SIM-Karte benötigen würde.

 

Möglicherweise gibt es aber dafür eine Lösung bzw. es ist ein anderes Problem - nur erschließt sich mir nicht, welches das sein könnte, da die Funktionalität ja im Heimnetz via WiFi gegeben ist.

    ES FUNKTIONIERT! - Danke. Problem war übrigens nicht die UID, sondern die APN -Adresse (.de zu viel) nur internet.telekom.

     

    So rein aus Interesse, falls es jemand weiß: Wieso funktioniert das nicht über IP6 Verbindung?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
