Access data not identified

Hello,

I received my Speedport smart router yesterday. I could set it up with the help of instructions now I can also connect to the WiFi through my laptop but I can't access the internet. When I login to the speedport.ip and enter my Zugangsnummer and persönlich Passwort I get an error saying the access data is incorrect. Could I get some help here ?

Hi Macipan,
This doesn't seem to work ! I also tried it with the dal help app. Is this the problem with router ? However I can connect to the WiFi through my laptop but can't access internet

Do you have the correct credentials?
What error message do you get when you go online?

I can login to Speedport through my Gerätepasswort. When I click on internet in main menu I enter my Zugangsnummer and persönlich Passwort. It gives me error saying r56_0001_An error in identification of access data has ocurred

please enter your data here on the profile page (customer number / phone number): Profil (only you and the Telekom team can see this data)
