Telekom_Fon no-internet connection

Hi,

Today I purchased Telekom_Fon hotspot for a month. After purchase, it connects to the WiFi from my phone but not able to reach any website. There is no internet. Also i tried from my laptop and it does not login. Gives me 815 error while logging in.

 

Can you please help

My email ID is my hotspot login ID

Hello @Allwinjose  you've tried it with Connect App , using VPN Carrier ? WLAN TO GO is active on Router and your online customer service ? Witch router do you using ?
